Reeva Digital was contacted by a company that managed the political campaigns of national election candidates. It was the prime time of the election and our team was given the task of promoting particular hashtags on Twitter along with personal merchandise products including mobile games.

Challenge
Our main challenge of the campaign was the limited time constraint. We were to achieve the given target and create an awareness of the merchandising products across the nation, all this over a short period of time.
Our next major challenge was the limited team members needed for this project. We needed to manage the brand of a political party and its election candidates. As we were handling their main Twitter accounts, there was no margin for errors.
Getting Started with Multiple Twitter Campaigns
The ingenious minds at RD put together their ideas and decided to create a massive campaign strategy to achieve the goals. We started by creating more than 30 Twitter handles.
We managed all those handles and at the same time, associated with other Twitter influencers to get extra coverage for our campaigns. Our chief objective was to get our hashtags trending nationally before the candidates made their public appearance, not to forget to promote the merchandise along with that.

Through our Twitter campaigns, we gathered more than 350,000 followers in less than a month. We reached out to almost 3 million users by associating our campaigns with influencers.

Our process started with a thorough review of the advertisement dashboard. Our first priority was to analyze and pick out the pain points of the current campaigns so that we can take immediate action on the ones that were using the maximum resources.

Our efforts including proper planning, implementation, and execution resulted in noticeable changes. In the very first week, we were able to bring down the ACOS by almost 50%, and by the second week, it stood below 10%.
From there onwards, we kept on managing, maintaining, and optimizing the campaigns and added more based on the new inventory.
