Synopsis

A physician healthcare recruitment firm partnered with Reeva Digital (RD) when it faced the challenge of reaching out to physicians and bringing them on board. The firm RD worked with ranks among the top ten recruitment portals for recruiting physicians for full-time and locum tenens.

 

The chief objectives were to recruit capable physicians in the entire US and get most of them on board with its system. So we measured their prerequisites, worked through those, and provided solutions that not only enhanced its visibility but also help augment its Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

The key problem with the firm was to drive more signups. While partnering with RD, they already had two types of campaigns running – get more physicians on their system and hire more physicians in the whole US region. When we started working with them, our firm acquired another company (which also happened to rank among the top ten physician recruitment agencies). 

So, on the whole, we needed to manage the campaign of two agencies. For the latter, we also worked on their core digital marketing requirements with revamped website structure and on-page optimization and required to manage their Google Ad campaigns.
